2、Gold sinking process:

Gold deposition: a layer of coating is produced by chemical REDOX reaction, which is generally thick. This is a kind of chemical nickel gold deposit method, can reach a thick gold layer, usually called gold deposition.
3、8 layer pcb impedance requirements:
The 8-layer board will have impedance and differential impedance, the magnitude of the differential impedance is twice that of the characteristic impedance of the single-ended signal line, because the voltage between the two signals is twice that of each signal line, and the current flowing through the differential line is the same as that of the single-ended signal line. If the single end is 50 ohms, the differential impedance is 100 ohms. In the production of boards, impedance tolerance should be well controlled, so the normal control of our company is plus or minus 5%. If the difference of a differential signal is too large, the terminal differential impedance will be very large, and the signal will be reflected back to the source end, which will generate noise. Therefore, the quality control of this part is particularly important.
